Candy is a covers-only band playing "pop music for real people."

The band has been playing clubs, parties, outdoor events and benefits for about seven years. Their play list leans towards 60's and 70's pop along with newer material embracing that era's ideals: Byrds, Ronettes, Beatles, Brewer & Shipley, Isley Brothers, NRBQ and Lucinda Williams, to name a few.

While members of Candy participate in other projects featuring original songs, this band is committed to playing great songs written by others - and only if everyone in Candy thinks it's good stuff

Without irony or kitsch. Candy is Carla Tollefsrud (vocals); David Lauth (guitar/vocals); Linda Haus (bass); Jim Tollefsrud (drums); Randy Webb (guitar/vocals); and Pat Courtemanche (guitar/vocals). Jim and Randy are also known as members of The Front Porch Swingin' Liquor Pigs.
