 The condominium is in a complex called Oak Creek Estados, which is just a few minutes south of the hub of Sedona. The Estados features a swimming pool, an exercise pool and two whirlpools. There are two tennis courts, and a large community building. The condo is within walking distance of three public golf courses, and it's near several popular restaurants. There are so many things to do, it’s sometimes difficult to leave and enjoy the rest of Sedona!!!

There are two large bedrooms, each with their own baths- one has tub and shower; the other has a large shower. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Perfect for a family or two couples to share!

 

The smaller bedroom has sliding glass doors that open onto a sunny patio surrounded by grass.

 

The central living room separates the two bedrooms, creating a private and comfortable atmosphere. The living room has a fold-out sofa; and a fireplace that opens onto a ground floor patio.

 

The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances plus a dishwasher, microwave, wok, crockpot, and coffeemaker. The unit has a washer and dryer. Maid service is available.

 

Feel free to barbeque on the small grill, or use one of the large grills near the Estados’ swimming pool. Immaculate grounds and landscaping are the trademarks of this vital community of frequent vacationers and permanent residents.
