The Karen Wyckoff Sarcoma Foundation is dedicated to Sarcoma Cancer research, support and education...and the fight to find a cure.

Financial Information

The Karen Wyckoff Rein in Sarcoma Foundation (KWRISF) is a Minnesota 501(C)3 non-profit organization. KWRISF is an all volunteer organization which currently has no paid staff. According to its latest filed Federal 990 reporting form (2010), 95% of its revenue was given to its mission and program causes and 5% was used for overhead expenses, administration and fund raising costs.

All members of its Board of Directors serve without compensation. The Board has instituted a "Conflict of Interest and Discharge of Duties" policy to protest the interests of KWRISF to fully carry our its mission. A copy of this policy can be secured by emailing the Foundation's President. In December of 2011 KWRISF earned the Charities Reveiw Council's "Meets Standards" designation.
