This year's Silent Auction promises to be our best ever!. Over $38,000 in donations have already been received and more are coming in daily. As new items are received the RIS On-Line Auction will be instantly updated.
We are utilizing the services of Silent Auction Pro this year for both the on-line auction as well as the live auction at this year's Party in the Park on Monday evening, July 25h. The On-line Auction allows you to view auction items by clicking ing on the links below.
Online Bidding is available for the RIS Silent Auction through Saturday July 23rd, but you will need to have a credit card on file in the system. Browse to your hearts content, but to bid you will need to do is "Request Access To Online Bidding", by completing the form including putting their card on file and then we need to approve bidding. When you are approved, which should not take much time you will get an email making you an "official bidder".
If you would like to bid on items online please click here to securely put your credit card (Visa or MasterCard accepted) on file and request access to online bidding. No charges will be placed on your credit card unless you are the winner of a particular auction item. Registering for bidding also will allow you to place a "Proxy Bid" (see below) or use express paying of any winning bids at the "live" silent auction on July 25th.
Even if cannot attend the 2011 Party in the Park on July 25th, or don't think you will be able to actively bid at the "live" silent auction, you can still increase your chances of a "winning" bid at the lowest possible cost by placing a "RIS Auction Proxy Bid".
Here's how it works: By completing the Proxy Bidding form you indicate the maximum amount you are willing to bid on a particular item. At the completion of the "live" silent auction on July 25th your "Proxy bid" will be placed and if your proxy bid is higher then the highest bid placed at the actual silent auction you will win at the amount of the next bid increment above the highest live auction bid.
