Free Picnic Reservation for Sarcoma Patients, Survivors and their Loved Ones
From 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. - Please register only one nuclear family on each  resgisration form.
Note: If you are also planning to attend the 11th Annual Rein In Sarcoma "Party in the Park", which starts at 6:00 p.m. following the picnic, and would like to pay in advance for the Event, please also complete the on-line Event Pre-Payment Registration Form, after completing this picnic reservation form. Large Family Registration Note

RIS Auction Bidder Numbers: All persons registering for the picnic on each picnic registration form will be automatically receive a unique "Bidder Number" for the RIS Silent Auction which starts at 6:30 pm following the picnic.

If you are registering a large or multi-family group, you may want to have each "group" within your family, register using separate picnic registrations,in order to more easily pay for any auction bids members of your family may win.
