COVID-19 Safety Precautions
During this unprecedented time, COVID-19 safety guidance can change quickly. With the advice of our trusted medical advisors, Rein in Sarcoma (RIS) is taking extra precautions to keep our most vulnerable community members safe during our "Party in the Park(ing) Lot."
The event is planned to accommodate different levels of engagement based on each individual's comfort level. Attendees may choose to stay in or near their cars and participate in the silent auction (through mobile bidding), video program, and drive-in movie. In addition to the program and movie, there will be opportunities to participate in a photo booth, memorial area, resource area, games, arts and crafts, and general socializing. In these areas, we strongly encourage social distancing.
For the safety of party participants and volunteers:
• If you’re in an enclosed area outside of the theater, like the silent auction tent, please wear a mask.
• If you’re inside the theater, please follow the theater’s posted policies, which may include wearing a mask.
• All event volunteers must wear masks.
• Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the party.
• Please stay home if you feel sick or have been exposed to COVID-19.
