Rein in Sarcoma is gearing up for our annual Party in the Park, and we need your help to make this event unforgettable for our community!
Volunteers Needed: We’re currently seeking day-of volunteers to assist with activities, setup, and creating a welcoming, fun experience for all attendees. Whether you can give a few hours or the whole day, your support makes a meaningful impact. Sign-up now
We’re also collecting donations for some of the throwback and new activities:
Adult Ring Toss: We’re looking for bottles of alcoholic beverages (plastic bottles preferred, if possible) to use as prizes for this throwback-favorite game.
Family-Friendly Pop Ring Toss: Help us stock this activity with 2-liter bottles of soda for all ages to enjoy.
Raffle Gift Baskets: We’re seeking complete gift baskets or individual items to include in themed baskets for our raffle. Donation ideas include:
- Gift cards (restaurants, coffee shops, retail, experiences)
- Self-care items (candles, spa kits, skincare)
- Food & beverage items (gourmet snacks, wine, local treats)
- Family/game night items (board games, puzzles, movie kits)
- Sports or outdoor gear
- Kids’ activity items or toys
To donate, please email: admin@reininsarcoma.org to coordinate pick up/drop off of items or ways to ship. All items must be delivered to the RIS office no later than June 30, 2026.
