Silent Auction

2018 Fall Fundraiser

We have a fantastic Silent Auction in store for our "Increase awareness. Increase survivors." Fall Fundraiser ! As we did during our successful Party in the Park auction, we will again utilize ClickBid mobile phone bidding. Concierges will be on hand to help facilitate that process and help you bid. You will have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of interesting and fun items including:

  • $350 Piano Purse by Handbag Culture
  • $250 Private Party Shopping Spree - Frank Murphy
  • $100 Gift Card - Goldwood Kennels
  • $200 Basket of international wines selected for us by Haskell’s
  • $300 Lund’s and Byerly's gift card
  • $200 Made in England Denby Tea for Two basket
  • $100 Eat Street Social gift card
  • Gift cards from Target and other retailers

Auctions Items Needed!

Help us make RIS’s fall fundraiser a huge success. We are presenting our guests with a small higher price point silent auction to support our mission to increase sarcoma awareness and increase survival. While Party in the Park’s auction was a success, donations for the October event are still needed. We are looking for restaurant gift cards in the $75-$100 range, unique experiences like private behind the scenes tours of area hot spots/theaters, preferred seating at any sports venue, especially the Vikings and the Wild, vintage wines in the $50-$100 a bottle category, travel opportunities, condo stays and specialty electronics.

Please use your social network to think about who you know who can help us stamp out sarcoma. It only takes a phone call. If you have any questions or need help with your solicitation, please call Jason Patalonis at 651.221.0273 who will gladly help you with this process.

If you’d like to donate an item for the silent auction, please print and complete the 2018 Gift-in-Kind Form. We also have an example solicitation letter you can customize. Donations and Gift-in-Kind forms can be dropped off at the Rein in Sarcoma office - please call ahead - donations must be received NO LATER than Wednesday, October 3.
