National Volunteer Appreciation Week is April 16-22. This is another opportunity to say THANK YOU! We appreciate your leadership, support and commitment. In 2022, we had volunteers provide over 3,000 hours of volunteer service, which equates to over $87,000. THANK YOU!
Volunteers serve RIS in many roles: board members, day of event supporters, committee members, support group leaders, peer mentors and many other roles. We could not do what we do without the time and talent of our many volunteers! To celebrate our volunteers (and an opportunity to meet our new Executive Director, Lachelle Semanko), please join us for an open house on Wednesday, April 19 from 10am-12pm or Thursday, April 20 from 2pm-4pm at our Fridley office, 7401 Central Ave NE Ste A. There will be refreshments and prize drawings.
